  • The item must be returned with all original tags and packaging

  • Your request is made within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Final sale or clearance items are non-refundable

  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions

  3. Carefully pack the item and send it to the return address provided in our email

  4. Provide tracking information once the item is shipped back

⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
